Up to 14 days after receipt, you have the right to return (part of) your order.

These items must not have been worn or washed. All items must have the original tags. Items with signs of use or damage will not be processed.

To return, use the packing slip included with your order, it serves as your return form. Please fill it out as completely as possible and return it along with the items.

Quotrell does not provide return labels and will not reimburse any shipping costs you incur.

Please keep your shipping receipt (including track & trace information) safe. You will not receive a receipt from us the moment a return has arrived at our warehouse.

Upon receipt, it may take up to 7 business days for a return to be verified and converted into a refund. You will receive email notification of refund as soon as it is initiated.

You will be refunded the purchase price in the same way you paid. Depending on your bank, it may take up to several business days for the amount to be returned to your account.

Around holidays and sale periods, shipping and processing of your return may be delayed due to busy times at our warehouse and delivery services.

Quotrell is not responsible for returns that have not arrived at our warehouse for any reason.
