Shipping Policy
Before completing your order, please check carefully that all details are entered correctly. After placing an order, they cannot be changed.
Orders without a complete delivery address will be processed as returns for refunds.
Orders placed before 10 p.m. on weekdays will be processed and shipped the same day whenever possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with the track & trace information of your package.

Parcels are sent and delivered by PostNL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your package will go to your neighbors or to a PostNL point near you.
PostNL often no longer leaves a card in the mailbox, so check your track & trace information for the latest updates.
If a package is not picked up at the PostNL point, it will automatically return after one week to be processed as a return for refund.
Around holidays and sale periods, processing and delivery of your order may be delayed due to busy times in our warehouse and at PostNL.
Please try to keep this in mind whenever possible and place your order well in advance, and you will have it in time for the holidays.
