Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Senior Designer/Product Manager with a passion for fashion. You will be a driving force behind the entire design process, from concept to final product. You will lead a creative team and design distinctive fashion together by analyzing the latest trends and Quotrell's vision. Responsible for product management, you organize the launch of new collections and ensure quality standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from concept to final product, focusing on aesthetics and functionality.
• Collaborate with design team to analyze trends and translate them into innovative designs.
• Responsible for product management.
• Coordinate and lead the design team, ensuring a cohesive and inspiring work environment.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure designs meet brand guidelines and with an eye for sustainability.

Your profile:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a leadership design role within the fashion industry.
• Strong design and product management skills.
• Experience leading teams and fostering creativity.
• Excellent knowledge of fashion trends and willingness to be at the forefront of the industry.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Command of the Dutch language
• Proficiency in English and/or German is a plus
