Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Marketer E-commerce/Brand Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for our (digital) marketing with the goal of strengthening our online awareness and creating a distinctive brand experience. You will analyze market trends and develop effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness of our brand. In your leadership role, you will have responsibility for managing e-commerce activities and be dedicated to strengthening the brand identity and increasing our position in the market.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for e-commerce and brand building.
• Analyze market trends and competition to optimize brand positioning.
• Manage e-commerce activities, including online shopping experience, promotions and customer engagement.
• Coordinate branding and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Lead a team of marketers and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure consistent brand appearance and adherence to brand guidelines.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive marketing role, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
• Strong skills in e-commerce and brand management.
• Experience leading teams and fostering creativity.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends and e-commerce strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented thinking.
• Command of the Dutch language
• Proficiency in English and/or German is a plus
