Shipping & Delivery

Before completing your order, check carefully that all details have been filled in correctly. After placing an order, these can no longer be changed. Orders without a full delivery address will be processed as a return for a refund.

Orders placed on working days before 22:00 will be processed and shipped the same day as much as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace details of your package.

Import duties & customs

EU countries (Germany, Spain, France and other EU member states) No import duties, customs fees or additional charges ever. Within the EU, goods move freely across borders. The price you pay is the price you pay.

United Kingdom Since Brexit, orders to the UK are treated as international imports.

  • Orders under £135 (~€155): Usually no import duties. UK VAT may apply but is typically handled upfront.
  • Orders over £135: Import duties, VAT and customs handling fees may apply and are charged to the customer upon delivery.

Switzerland Switzerland operates outside the EU with its own customs rules.

  • Orders under CHF 150 (~€155): No VAT or customs fees in most cases.
  • Orders over CHF 150: VAT, customs handling fees and potentially import duties will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

Delivery & missed parcels

Parcels are sent and delivered by PostNL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be delivered to your neighbours or to a nearby PostNL point. PostNL often no longer leaves a notification card, so check your track & trace for the latest updates.

If a parcel is not collected from the PostNL point within one week, it will automatically be returned and processed as a return for a refund.

During holidays and sale periods, processing and delivery may be delayed due to high volumes at our warehouse and at PostNL. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
