RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.

You can return your items at your own expense via any post office to our warehouse at the following address:

Important:

• Please keep your shipping receipt (including track & trace information) safe. We do not send a confirmation when your return has arrived at our warehouse.
• We only process returns that are delivered directly to our warehouse. Packages left at service points will not be collected or processed.

Return Processing:

• Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
• Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.

Delays:

• During holiday and sale periods, return processing may take longer due to high volumes in our warehouse and delivery delays.

Important:

• Quotrell is not responsible for return shipments that, for any reason, do not arrive at our warehouse.
