What should I do if I don't get a confirmation?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, there may have been a typo in your email address during checkout. In that case, please contact our customer support (support@quotrell.com), and we’ll be happy to assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order. However, it is easier when you want to place an order to create a Quotrell account.
Your details will be remembered and filled in immediately with your next order. This also gives you a handy overview of your order history. We can also keep you informed of the latest trends and cool promotions.
Do sold-out items still come back in stock?
We do our best to restock sold out items as soon as possible. We advise you to subscribe to the restock alert next to the item in question. When the item is restocked you will automatically receive an email from us!
Can you help with orders from other platforms or physical stores?
No, we can only assist with orders placed through our official webshop. Unfortunately, we cannot help with issues related to purchases made on other platforms or in physical stores. For those orders, please contact the store or platform where you made the purchase.
How do I take care of my clothing to maintain its quality?
To keep your clothing in the best condition for as long as possible, follow these care tips:
- Follow the care label – Always check the washing instructions on the label inside the garment.
- Wash at low temperatures – Use cold or lukewarm water (max. 30°C) to prevent shrinking and fading.
- Use mild detergent – Avoid harsh chemicals and fabric softeners, as they can damage the fabric.
- Wash inside out – This helps protect prints, embroidery, and delicate fabrics.
- Avoid tumble drying – Air drying is best to prevent shrinkage and maintain fabric quality.
- Iron carefully – If needed, iron at a low temperature and avoid direct contact with prints.
By following these steps, you’ll extend the lifespan of your clothing and keep it looking fresh!

When will i receive my order?
Your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Delivery times depend on the workload of the carriers. Below is an estimate of the expected delivery times per region:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium & Germany: 2-4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-8 business days
Outside Europe: 6-10 business days
Please note that delays may occur if carriers are experiencing high demand.
When will I receive my track & trace?
You will receive your Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been shipped. It will be included in the shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support for assistance (support@quotrell.com).
What should I do if I have received a damaged item?
Unfortunately, it can happen that your order gets damaged during shipping. When this happens we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. This can be done by email to support@quotrell.com. It is also useful to send photos of the defect.
Returns & Refunds
How to return my items?
You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
To return items, use the packing slip included with your order as your return form. Please fill it out as completely as possible and include it with your return shipment.
Quotrell does not provide return labels and will not reimburse your shipping costs.

Can sale items be returned?
When sale items meet our return policy, you may return them. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. Once we have received and processed your return, we will proceed to refund the purchase price via the payment method you used.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated.
During holiday and sale periods, return processing may take longer due to high volumes in our warehouse and with delivery services.
