You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or damage

will not be accepted.

To return items, use the packing slip included with your order as your return form. Please fill it out as completely as

possible and include it with your return shipment.

Quotrell does not provide return labels and will not reimburse your shipping costs.

You can return your items at your own expense via any post office to our warehouse at:

Please keep your shipping receipt (including track & trace information) safe. We do not send a confirmation when a

return has arrived at our warehouse.

Once received, it may take up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. You will receive an

email notification once the refund has been initiated.

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Depending on your bank, it

may take a few days for the funds to appear in your account.

During holiday and sale periods, return processing may take longer due to high volumes in our warehouse and with

delivery services.

Quotrell is not responsible for return shipments that, for any reason, do not arrive at our warehouse.
