RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days of receipt.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Return Address:
You can return your items at your own expense via any post office to our warehouse at the following address:

Important:
- Please keep your shipping receipt (including track & trace information) safe. We do not send a confirmation when your return has arrived at our warehouse.
- We only process returns that are delivered directly to our warehouse. Packages left at service points will not be collected or processed.
Bundles & multi-buy offers
- Bundle and multi-buy discounts (for example "2nd pair 50% off") apply only when you keep all items in the offer.
- If you return one item from a bundle and keep the other, the discount no longer applies. We refund the lower (discounted) item price, and the item you keep is charged at its full regular price.
Example: you buy 2 pairs for €58.50 (€39 + €19.50). If you return one pair and keep the other, you are refunded €19.50, and the pair you keep is charged at the full €39. - If you return the complete bundle (all items together), you are refunded in full.
- Refunds are only issued for returns that are requested and authorized in advance and received at our warehouse.
Delays:
- During holiday and sale periods, return processing may take longer due to high volumes in our warehouse and delivery delays.
Important:
- Quotrell is not responsible for return shipments that, for any reason, do not arrive at our warehouse.
