Before completing your order, check carefully that all details have been filled in correctly. After placing an order, these can no longer be changed.

Orders without a full delivery address will be processed as a return for a refund.

Orders placed on working days before 22:00 will be processed and shipped the same day as much as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the track & trace details of your package.

Parcels are sent and delivered by PostNL. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will go to your neighbours or to a PostNL point near you.

PostNL often no longer leaves a card in the letterbox, so check your track & trace details for the most recent updates.

If a parcel is not collected at the PostNL point, it will automatically be returned after a week to be processed as a return for a refund.

Around holidays and sale periods, the processing and delivery of your order may be delayed due to busy periods in our warehouse and at PostNL.  

Try to take this into account where possible and place your order well in advance, so that you will receive it in time for the holidays.
